Villa Agata is one of our new designs with straight lines where we wanted to mix the White bone in the facade with the effect of the Stone. This property contains 3 bedrooms, one of them own suite, located in ground floor. The villa is composed by 2 floors and private solárium.

In Villa Agata we wanted to add a novelty. To access to the solárium it contains a turret fully covered with stairs in it’s inside. It’s location in Costa Calida is excellent: only 10 minutes walking distance to the sea and close to all kind of services, commercial centers, airports, hospitals, leisure areas, etc.
